To register one or more patients simply log in to our healthcare professional’s portal or give us a ring. All we need from you are some details about your patient and which appliances or medication they require. And then we’ll take it from there. Easy, right?
When your patient’s order has been all packaged up, we’ll deliver it straight to their chosen delivery address. No need for them to pick it up from somewhere. Want to check what’s happening to any of your live orders? Then simply log in to the healthcare professional’s portal where you’ll find everything you need to know about any open orders.
And to make sure that no one will ever run out of anything they need, we’ll send out reminders when it’s time re-order. Plus, we also send out all the necessary extras your patient might need with our orders. So you can lean back and relax knowing that we’ve got this handled!

Whether your patient needs help with something specific or even if they just want a bit of a chat – our dedicated customer care team are just a phone call away. And for anything that requires some more specialist knowledge, our pharmacy and nursing team will be there to help.

We’ve kept the registration process for Vyne super simple and efficient so you can focus more time on the thing that matters most: Caring for your patients!
After the registration, your patients will be able to view the initial order you placed for them. This should make re-ordering their essentials super simple for them. We also add all the necessary complimentary items automatically to every order. This means that you can be sure that your patients have everything they need, and they can simply put their feet up and relax!

Is Vyne service available if your patients are living in a care home? Yes, absolutely! We provide a reliable and discreet service for care home residents all across the UK.
You can simply register one or multiple residents online using the Vyne dedicated carers portal. Alternatively, you can place your order via the phone. Simply ring and our customer care team will be more than happy to help you with your order, so you’re not overloaded with unnecessary stock! All items will be delivered in our discreet, eco-friendly boxes to make sure only you and your resident knows what’s inside.
When you join the Vyne family, you will also have access to our dedicated in-house pharmacy and nursing team, who will be able to help you with any product or health concerns you might have.

Search for your patient's medication or appliance. Add all the items you need to their prescription. Review your patient's prescription items. Register & order prescriptions for as many patients as you need.
Once you're done, confirm checkout & complete your order. View & manage your patient profiles & orders in your account dashboard.
