Using Vyne couldn’t be easier! You can register one or more patients with us via phone or online using our dedicated healthcare professionals’ portal. Simply let us know a few details and which medication or appliances your patients need, and we’ll handle the rest. Easy, right?
Then, once your order is ready, your patient’s items will be delivered straight to their door – in our 100% eco-friendly packaging, of course! Want to check on an order? Simply log into your account on our healthcare professionals' portal where you can see the status of any live order.
Once your patient has received their first order, we’ve made it nice and easy for them to re-order everything they need – over the phone or online. We’ll take great care of them, promise! But how will my patients remember that they need to re-order? We’ll let them know, of course. Anyone you refer to Vyne will receive a reminder when it’s time to stock up. This gives you the well-deserved peace of mind that your patients will never run out of anything they need.
And it doesn’t end there, either! We also include a range of eco-friendly complimentary items with every order. So you can be sure that your patients have all the extras they need as well.
We provide delivery of appliances and medication free of charge to any address in the UK. When registering a patient with Vyne, you will be able to choose delivery on a day that works best for them.

No matter if they need support with a more complicated issue or if they’re just looking for a little reassurance – we’re here to help! And if specialist advice is required, our dedicated pharmacy and nursing team will be there assist every step of the way.
We know that some patients need more support than others, so we tailor our care to them. If you’ve got a vulnerable patient, you can let us know whilst enrolling them and we’ll do our absolute best to look after all their needs and give an extra helping hand to them along the way.
How it works
Select carer profile. Let us know which type of carer you are. Register yourself first. Then register your patient.
Search for your patient's medication or appliance. Add all the items you need to their prescription. Review your patient's prescription items. Register & order prescriptions for as many patients as you need.
Once you're done, confirm checkout & complete your order. View & manage your patient profiles & orders in your account dashboard.
