Orders & Delivery Information

How will my medication and/or appliances be delivered?

All of our orders are sent via Royal Mail in totally discreet packaging. No one will know what's inside except you. We also make sure all our packaging uses sustainable, compostable, recyclable or recycled materials. 


Do you charge for delivery?

For our NHS prescription orders (which includes medications and appliances) there's absolutely no charge for delivery. Private prescriptions do carry a charge, however, but we will let you know upon processing your prescription what that cost will be. 


Incorrect or Damaged items

We make sure all our medications and appliances are sent out in perfect condition, in the best packaging to ensure they reach you safely. However, if your items appear to be damaged in any way please do get in touch with us. Similarly, we have strict processes in place to ensure our orders are accurate - but if you should ever receive the wrong items we'll endeavour to put things right immediately.
